Registration is now open for FanWorks 2023!
The FanWorks 2023 Virtual Convention is free to attend—there is no registration fee!
In order to be able to make this year's virtual con free, we're taking donations to help cover the costs of running the virtual con and keeping up with our annual overheads. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated!

Deadlines
All deadlines are for 11:59 PM EDT on the date listed.
- Non-premiering vids due: October 29th
- Panel submissions due: November 5th
- Premiering vids due: November 26th

Submit a vid
We will have 9 vidshows this year! Learn more about the shows and submission guidelines.
Moderate a panel
Any attendee can volunteer to moderate a panel! There will be a Discord channel and Zoom room set up for your panel, and con staff will be on hand to monitor Zoom tech. We handle the technical details; the concept, planning, and panel moderation are up to you.
Panels traditionally fall into one of our five programming tracks (Art, Audio, Community, Writing, and Video), but if you have an idea for a panel that doesn't quite fit into one of those categories, you can submit it anyway. There are many examples of panels that have run at past cons in the convention archive.
Panel programming depends on attendee submissions, so if there are things you want to discuss at the con, please submit panel topics!
The full panel schedule will be available on Sunday, November 26th.
Volunteer in our Discord
FanWorks needs volunteers to help us monitor the con's Discord channels (text only). You would be responsible for reading everything posted to your assigned channels during your volunteer time slot and reporting any code of conduct issues or rule violations to the con staff member you pair with during your shift.
