Panel Submissions

We’d love to hear your panel ideas! Panels about fanworks of all kinds are the core of con programming. You can submit panel ideas for any track (writing, video, audio, art & crafting, and community) whether or not you want to moderate the panel yourself. Brainstorming for panels will begin soon on our Dreamwidth.

Programming submissions will open in early spring, after which panels will be chosen for the schedule by attendee vote. More specific dates and details coming soon!

Vidshow Submissions

Interested in curating a collection of vids to show at the con? Submissions for themed vidshows will open in early spring. A Dreamwidth post for vidshow brainstorming and specific dates for submissions are coming soon.

Vidshows must be submitted by a volunteer willing to serve as VJ. Vidshows will be selected by programming staff to guarantee a variety of topics and tones. We also welcome video showcases of other forms of fannish video such as fan trailers, short fan films, and more.
